Pricing
One-time design fees: Starter $129 (1-page website), Business $229 (2-page website), Business Plus $329 (3-page website). Optional website maintenance is $30/month. Domain registration and hosting are separate costs when applicable and are discussed before any purchase.
Payment
After you agree to proceed with the package and scope, a 50% deposit is required before paid development begins. A free preview is optional and does not require a purchase. The remaining 50% is due before launch or delivery under the agreed arrangement. An eligible payment method is arranged directly with us before any paid work begins; we do not currently offer online card or payment-service links.
Revisions
Each package includes one round of reasonable revisions within the original scope. Additional revisions or features are quoted individually. You must approve any additional costs before that work begins.
Ownership
After full payment, you receive ownership or appropriate usage rights to your custom website deliverables, subject to third-party software, assets, hosting, and platform licenses. Wherever possible, you should control your own domain and hosting accounts.
We agree on website access, deliverables, hosting responsibilities and available handoff arrangements before purchase. Ownership of a domain is separate from ownership or control of a website project. Transfers between Lovable accounts or workspaces are not automatically guaranteed; availability depends on platform terms, accounts and the agreed setup. Moving exported code to another host may require additional setup, testing and separately agreed work.
We may showcase your completed website in our portfolio only with your permission.
Domains and hosting
Custom domain registration is not included in design fees. Domain prices vary by availability, extension and provider, and domains usually require paid renewals. Domain purchases require your approval. Wherever possible, register and control your own domain. Customer domains are separate from Porchstone Web Co.'s business domain.
Websites require hosting to remain accessible online. Hosting is separate from design fees and optional maintenance. Some sites may be hosted through Porchstone-managed Lovable projects; others may require a separate hosting or account arrangement. The setup, any applicable costs and ongoing responsibilities will be explained and agreed before purchase. We do not promise unlimited free hosting or free lifetime hosting. Third-party services remain subject to their providers' terms and licenses.
Maintenance
Optional maintenance costs $30 per month, requires a separate agreement, and includes:
- Up to 2 small content updates per month.
- Minor text and image changes.
- Occasional broken-link checks.
- Basic assistance with existing website content.
Maintenance does not include major redesigns, additional pages, custom development, hosting, or domain registration. Without a maintenance agreement, routine updates and ongoing assistance are not included; individual work can be quoted separately. Hosting and domain arrangements must remain active for the site to stay online.
You may cancel by emailing porchstonewebco@gmail.com before your next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewals, subject to applicable law.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates and depend on how quickly content and feedback are provided. No delivery date is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos, and photos you provide.
Refunds
Full refunds are available before paid work begins. Once work begins, refunds will account for work completed and services not delivered, subject to applicable law. If Porchstone Web Co. cannot deliver the agreed services, an appropriate refund will be provided for undelivered work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. This provision does not remove rights that applicable law provides to customers living in other states.
